This Privacy Policy describes how SignAuthAI ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the SignAuthAI mobile application (the "App").
Account & Identifier Data. When you open the App we create an anonymous Firebase account so we can save your preferences and history. We do not require you to create an account or provide your name or email.
Email Address (optional). If you provide your email address inside the App, we store it to send you product updates (only if you opt in) and notify you about new features. You can update or remove your email at any time from Settings.
Images You Submit. When you analyze a signature, the image you upload is transmitted to our servers and to OpenAI for analysis. Images are stored in your private cloud history and are accessible only to you.
Subscription & Purchase Data. If you subscribe, your purchase is processed by Apple App Store. We receive your subscription tier and renewal status from RevenueCat. We never receive your payment card details.
Usage & Crash Data. We collect basic usage information and crash reports via Sentry, used to improve the App.
Device Information. Device model, OS version, and app version, used for diagnostics and compatibility.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your analysis history, uploaded images, and email persist until you delete your account. You can delete all of your data from inside the App: Settings → Account → Delete My Data. You may also email support@signauthai.app to request deletion.
Residents of the EU/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA) have additional rights including access, correction, and portability — contact us to exercise them.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, Firebase security rules, server-side API key handling). No system is perfectly secure; please use reasonable care with the images you upload.
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be notified in the App or via this URL.
