By using the SignAuthAI application (the "App") you agree to these Terms.
The App provides AI-assisted educational analysis of handwriting samples. Results are visual observations and probability scores generated by a third-party AI model. They are NOT authentication, appraisal, legal, or expert opinions. Do not rely on the App for buying, selling, insuring, or authenticating items of monetary value. For genuine authentication, consult a recognized third-party authenticator (e.g., PSA/DNA, JSA, Beckett, Roger Epperson, etc.).
No Warranty. Analyses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
Free Tier. Free users receive 3 analyses per calendar month.
Paid Tiers. Pro ($4.99/mo), Expert ($14.99/mo), and Elite ($29.99/mo) subscriptions are sold via Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions).
Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple per their policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.

The App, its branding, and the celebrity reference data we curate are owned by SignAuthAI or its licensors. Public-domain reference images are sourced from Wikimedia Commons under their respective licenses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignAuthAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any losses arising from reliance on AI-generated analyses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
